Once located, lost luggage is sent to you free of charge through the services of any carrier to the airport that is nearest to the passenger’s address.
Personalised delivery at the address indicated by the passenger will be done up to a limit of 50 km distance from the airport where the luggage would be delivered. If the aforementioned address is outside this limit, the luggage can be transported by bus or train, with the passenger’s agreement. In extraordinary situations, the Chefe de Escala may authorise delivery distances above the aforementioned limit.
Whenever personalised delivery is not possible, the passenger must travel to the nearest airport to pick up the luggage.
